Your information is used to respond to your request, understand your property requirements and provide relevant real-estate assistance. The basis for this use is your request for information and the consent you provide when submitting a form. Your details are not used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in the website’s protected lead system for follow-up and record keeping. Website enquiries are normally removed after 24 months without meaningful contact, unless an active professional relationship or legal obligation requires a longer period. Basic conversion events are retained for up to 26 months. Short-lived anti-spam records do not contain a visitor’s plain IP address.

Services involved

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. If you choose the WhatsApp or Google Calendar options, those providers process information under their own privacy terms. Property links may also take you to Norma Franck or a property presentation website. Only the information needed to operate the website and respond to your chosen contact method should be shared with these services.

Website measurement

The website records basic first-party events such as page views, guide visits, property interest and form completion. These events do not include the content of your enquiry.

Optional advertising measurement and cookies

If you accept optional cookies, Meta measurement may be loaded to understand whether an advertisement resulted in a website visit, WhatsApp contact, consultation booking or submitted enquiry. This can include technical information about your browser, the pages visited and advertising identifiers supplied by Meta.

Meta measurement is not loaded when you reject optional cookies. Accept and reject choices are presented with equal prominence, and you can reopen “Cookie settings” from any page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement on this browser.
